Resolved by whoever created the market, at their discretion per the question's description. It's play-money (Mana) and not tied to an official source — treat it as a community forecast.
Resolution criteria
Uses the standard counting system - presidents in nonconsecutive terms get two numbers. At the time of market creation, Joe Biden was the 46th president. Currently, Donald Trump is the 47th president (having previously been the 45th). The president after Trump will therefore be the 48th.
