Resolution criteria
### **Market Dates:** - **Market Period:** From the publication date through June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC. - **Market Close:** June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC. - **Resolution Deadline:** The resolution will be determined after the outcome is confirmed by the resolution source. ### **Resolution Criteria:** This market will resolve to **“Yes”** if, at any time during the Market Period, **NewJeans** (뉴진스, also known as NJZ) either: 1. Perform live as a group featuring at least three members of NewJeans at a public event, concert, broadcast, or festival; **OR** 2. Officially release any new song (single) or album under the group name. This market will resolve to **“No”** if neither of the above occurs during the Market Period. ### **Resolution Details:** - This market will be resolved exclusively using official announcements or confirmations from: the official social media accounts of NewJeans (NJZ); The official website or communications of ADOR; Or, in the event the group changes labels, the official website or verified social media accounts of the new label representing the group. If multiple sources conflict, priority will be given to the group’s official social media accounts. - For the purposes of this market, any newly released song or album—regardless of format—will count if it is officially distributed or announced by the group or its label, and any qualifying live performance must be performed under the group name “NewJeans” and occur within the Market Period. - The following do **not** qualify for a “Yes” resolution: Prerecorded performances that were filmed before the Market Period but aired during it, Solo member performances, Sub-unit performances, Dance practice videos, Behind-the-scenes footage, Re-releases, remasters, previously released songs, OST appearances of previously released tracks, or compilation albums containing no new original group material. ### **Cancellation Conditions:** - The resolution sources become permanently unavailable o
